Agreed - great view Brit. In case anyone is interested F5 Networks, filed our 10k just after the effective date, we went conservative, and will be watching to see how this plays out over the year.

One of the things that I find interesting with the SEC direction is that it will have the effect of making disclosures even longer. And plenty of parties have been complaining for some time about the length of the CD&A. More information can actually lead to less understanding.
